Yuriy Bondarenko: Owner

Prior to his position as owner and partner of Prime Custom Construction, Inc. Yuriy Bondarenko was Construction Foreman for both Precision Framing and Bolin Custom Builders. Superior organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others enabled Yuriy to coordinate scheduling, quality control and production. As a result, projects ran smoothly, on time and on budget.

Yuriy has specialized in carpentry - both roofing and framing - as well as foundation work. With 13 years experience in the construction industry, Yuriy has an extensive understanding of the construction process from start to finish.

He takes pride in preserving the company’s quality reputation; ensuring that all projects are completed by highly trained and experienced employees who are skilled in the trade they practice.
